01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 18jll platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, live casino, sports betting, slots, bingo, and all other gaming services offered under the 18jll brand — you ("the Player," "you," or "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and any additional game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who accesses or uses any service offered by 18jll. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and, if applicable, close your account.

02Eligibility

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and in your personal capacity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 18jll, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless expressly permitted in writing by 18jll management.
• You must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from the 18jll platform for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

18jll reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the 18jll compliance team may result in account restriction or suspension.

03Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 18jll platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. 18jll employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated balances may be forfeited and the accounts permanently closed without prior notice.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security and Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 18jll Login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 18jll will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the 18jll support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Any activity that occurs under your 18jll Login credentials — including wagers placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — will be attributed to you and treated as authorized, regardless of whether the activity was conducted by you personally.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our compliance obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, 18jll may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is successfully completed.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

18jll accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and Visa debit or credit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 18jll does not accept deposits from payment sources that you do not own or are not authorized to use.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are specified in the cashier section of the platform and may vary by payment method. These limits are subject to change at 18jll's discretion and may be adjusted on an account-by-account basis as part of responsible gaming measures or compliance reviews.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and compliance review. 18jll aims to process approved withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya wallets within a target timeframe of five (5) minutes to two (2) hours during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank accounts may take one (1) to three (3) banking days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions on 18jll are subject to monitoring in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and applicable PAGCOR directives. 18jll reserves the right to delay, freeze, or reverse transactions and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the affected account holder.

05Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by 18jll are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to the subject matter of the promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times (as specified per promotion) before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — live casino table games, sports bets, slot games, and bingo may contribute different percentages toward fulfilling wagering requirements. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

18jll strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus structures with minimal risk, colluding with other players to fulfil wagering requirements, and using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gaming behavior. 18jll reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

06Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the 18jll platform — including live casino titles, slot machines, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, and sabong — are governed by their respective game rules, which are published within each game's interface or information panel. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the applicable rules before participating.

18jll uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all software-based games. Live casino games are conducted by trained live dealers operating under established casino procedures. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity interruption that results in an ambiguous or incomplete game outcome, 18jll reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's balance. Winnings arising from game errors or malfunctions are not valid and will not be honoured.

Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your bet history, the odds at the time of placement are locked. Settlement of sports bets follows the official result of the relevant governing body for each sport or competition.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 18jll platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption involving sports or events offered for betting on 18jll.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an advantage, and failing to report such issues to 18jll immediately upon discovery.
• Using the platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identification or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 18jll staff members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to 18jll's systems, servers, or databases.

18jll reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold all balances pending investigation. Where illegal activity is suspected, 18jll will report the matter to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

08Responsible Gaming

18jll is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use the self-management tools available within their account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion.

09Intellectual Property

All content on the 18jll platform — including but not limited to the 18jll brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, source code, and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of 18jll or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of 18jll.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 18jll, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from platform access issues, technical failures, or interruption of service.
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data, provided that 18jll has implemented reasonable security measures.
• Outcomes of games, sports events, or bets resulting from technical errors or malfunctions beyond 18jll's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 18jll's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11Suspension & Termination

18jll reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete required verification, or inactivity for an extended period.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 18jll support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (less any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months — may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in the cashier section of the platform, applied to the account balance on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified before inactivity fees commence.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and 18jll, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) calendar days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13Amendments to These Terms

18jll reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 18jll will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 18jll platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
